Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 8th November 2025
Cancellation Terms
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days (168 hours) prior to their scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund of their deposit or payment.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will forfeit the full amount paid, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email or through our booking system. Please retain your cancellation confirmation for your records.
Refund Processing
For eligible cancellations made within the cancellation window:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after your cancellation is confirmed
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking
- Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account
Non-Refundable Bookings
Some promotional rates or special packages may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Modifications
If you wish to modify your reservation dates rather than cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of their stay, and no refund will be issued.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or public health emergencies), we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.
